The program

7-on-7 non-tackle football. Two age divisions, three outdoor seasons a year. Real playbooks, no tackling. The fastest-growing youth sport in the country.

  • Football without the contact

    Real football skills, routes, throws and defense, without the tackling. Lower injury rate, faster pace, more touches per player.

  • Olympic-bound

    Flag football is on track to be in the 2028 LA Olympics. Players who start now are ahead of the curve.

  • Real structure, real plays

    House teams install real playbooks and run film. This is football, not tag.
