Football without the contact

Real football skills — routes, throws, defense — without the tackling. Lower injury rate, faster pace, more touches per player.

Flag football is on track to be in the 2028 LA Olympics. Players who start now are ahead of the curve.

House teams install real playbooks and run film. This is football, not tag.

Pick your division. Pick your fit.

Every division offers a House team (full-stack: training sessions, equipment, jerseys, schedule, refs, insurance) and an Independent team option (you bring your own team staff + equipment, we plug you into the league).

Independent teams that graduate up from AZ Youth Sports get 25% off the Independent rate for their first season.

FAQ

Is this tackle football?
No. Club Prep 7on7 Football is non-tackle. Players wear flag belts; defenders pull a flag to end a play.

Why is there no Summer season?
Arizona summer is too hot for safe outdoor youth play. 7on7 Football runs Fall, Winter, and Spring.

When do I pay the season fee vs the tryout fee?
The $15 tryout fee is paid at signup through TeamSnap. If your child makes a team, that $15 is credited toward the season fee. Season fees are due at roster release (about two weeks before game day 1).

What is the difference between a House team and an Independent team?
House teams are run end-to-end by Arizona Club Prep — indoor practices, equipment, jerseys, full game schedule, and playoffs. Independent teams bring their own team staff, equipment, and practice facility, but plug into the Club Prep league for game days, jerseys, schedule, refs, scorekeeping, and insurance.

Can my child play multiple Club Prep sports at the same time?
Yes. Practice schedules are coordinated across sports where possible. Reach out before registering for two seasons that overlap so we can flag any conflicts.

What is the refund policy?
Full refund (minus a small processing fee) before roster release for the affected season. Once rosters are released, fees are non-refundable. The $15 tryout fee is non-refundable in all cases.
