Why this program

Built for kids who want to play, not sit.

Outdoor club baseball — Fall, Winter, Spring.

01

Real umpires, real diamonds

Every game is played on a real baseball diamond with certified umpires and live scorekeeping. No parent-umped chaos.

02

Three outdoor seasons

Club Prep Baseball runs Fall, Winter, and Spring. Arizona weather lets us play outdoor baseball nearly year-round.

03

House or Independent

Bring your own travel team and rent into our league, or join a House team and let us handle team operations and equipment.

Divisions + pricing

Pick your division. Pick your fit.

Every division offers a House team (full-stack: training sessions, equipment, jerseys, schedule, refs, insurance) and an Independent team option (you bring your own team staff + equipment, we plug you into the league).

From parents + clubs

Why families come back.

The first program in the East Valley where my son got real reps at his actual position instead of being moved to fill gaps.

Spring 2026 season

Brought our travel team in as Independent. Schedule comes out on time, fields are real, refs are competent. Easy decision to come back.

Common questions

FAQ

Where are baseball games played?

Club Prep Baseball uses partner outdoor fields in Mesa and Gilbert. Field assignments are released with the schedule each season.

Why is there no Summer season?

Arizona summer is too hot for safe outdoor play with kids. We run three outdoor seasons (Fall, Winter, Spring) and pause for Summer.

When do I pay the season fee vs the tryout fee?

The $15 tryout fee is paid at signup through TeamSnap. If your child makes a team, that $15 is credited toward the season fee. Season fees are due at roster release (about two weeks before game day 1).

What is the difference between a House team and an Independent team?

House teams are run end-to-end by Arizona Club Prep — indoor practices, equipment, jerseys, full game schedule, and playoffs. Independent teams bring their own team staff, equipment, and practice facility, but plug into the Club Prep league for game days, jerseys, schedule, refs, scorekeeping, and insurance.

Can my child play multiple Club Prep sports at the same time?

Yes. Practice schedules are coordinated across sports where possible. Reach out before registering for two seasons that overlap so we can flag any conflicts.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund (minus a small processing fee) before roster release for the affected season. Once rosters are released, fees are non-refundable. The $15 tryout fee is non-refundable in all cases.
