By registering an athlete with Arizona Club Prep, you agree to the terms of participation set out here and in the registration packet on TeamSnap. Registration is open to athletes who meet the published age or grade requirements for their division.

Arizona Club Prep makes its best effort to publish accurate season schedules, but game times, locations, and rosters can change. The current schedule lives on TeamSnap and supersedes any version posted elsewhere.

Players and family members are expected to follow the USA Rec Sports code of conduct. Behavior that endangers other participants, officials, or staff can result in removal from the program without refund.

A signed waiver is required for every athlete before their first practice or game. Independent teams must additionally provide proof of their own team insurance and code-of-conduct attestations.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
