Arizona Club Prep (a USA Rec Sports program) collects player and family information solely to operate our youth sports programs. This includes the player's name, date of birth, division, parent or guardian contact details, and emergency contact details. We use these to register athletes, build rosters, communicate schedule changes, send game-day reminders, and process payments.

We do not sell or rent family information. We share it only with the third parties needed to run the program (TeamSnap for registration and rostering, our payment processor, and the facility insurance provider). Marketing email is opt-in and sent through our parent organization, USA Rec Sports.

Photos and video taken at games or practices may be used in Arizona Club Prep promotional material. Per USARS policy, youth athlete faces are visible (not blurred) in marketing photos. If you do not want your child photographed for marketing, email azclubprep@gmail.com before the season starts and we will flag it on the roster.
