Refunds

Tryout fee ($15)

The $15 tryout fee is non-refundable in all cases. If your child makes a team, the $15 is credited toward the season fee.

House season fee

Full refund (minus a small payment-processing fee) if you withdraw before rosters are released for the affected season. Once rosters are released, the season fee is non-refundable. Roster release is approximately two weeks before Game Week 1.

Independent team fee

Full refund (minus the processing fee) before rosters are released. Once schedules are published, Independent fees are non-refundable because field and ref costs are committed.

Injury or medical withdrawal

Documented injury or medical withdrawal during the season may be eligible for a partial pro-rated refund or a credit toward a future season. Contact azclubprep@gmail.com with documentation.
